Vanilla pancakes

START YOUR DAY WITH VANILLA PANCAKES WITH WHIPPED COCONUT CREAM AND BLUEBERRIES!

4 pc portions

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 dl oat flakes
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp fibre husk
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 ml measuring spoon salt
  • 1 dl egg white
  • 1 st Vanilla
  • 0.5 dl low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce, low-calorie
  • oil for frying

SERVING

  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 100 g blueberries

Instructions

Mix the oat flakes to flour and mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the other ingredients in another bowl and then mix them together.
Fry 5–6 small pancakes over medium heat in some oil.
Serve the pancakes with whipped coconut cream and blueberries.
