Vanilla chia pudding
START YOUR DAY WITH A LUXURIOUS CHIA PUDDING

4 pc portions
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl water
- 3 soaked cashew nuts*
- 1 dl Vanilla
- 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
- 1.5 dl water
- 1 tbsp stevia straw
- Top with berries and coconut flakes.
- *Soak 3 dl of cashew nuts for at least 1 hour.
Soak the chia seeds and stir until there is no lumps. Leave for about 10-15 minutes.
Mix cashew nuts, vanilla powder, and water in a mixer. Taste and then mix with the Protein Pudding.
Pour the cashew cream into a bowl and mix with the chia seeds. Taste with light straw / stevia straw. Top with berries and coconut flakes.
