Pancake cake

MAKE YOUR WEEKEND BREAKFAST MORE FUN WITH PROTEIN PANCAKES IN CAKE FORM!

INGREDIENTS PANCAKE BATTER

  • 1 dl oat flakes
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.75 tbsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
  • 2 msk Vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk/any milk
  • 0.5 tbsp coconut oil for frying

VANILLA CUSTARD

  • 100 plain quark, 0.2% fat
  • 100 g Vanilla
  • 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder

TOPPING

  • fresh berries, e.g. strawberries and coconut flakes

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the pancake batter. Add coconut oil in a frying pan and make thin pancakes. Let them cool. Mix the vanilla custard in a bowl. Add pancakes and vanilla custard in layers to a cake and top with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
