Salted Chocolate Mousse
EVERYDAY DESSERT THAT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH
2 pc portions
- 200 g Chocolate
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1.5 dl cream
- Optional berries
Pour ProPud Chocolate into a bowl together with 1.5 dl cream and a large pinch of sea salt. Whisk with an electric whisk to the desired texture. Eat directly or place in the fridge before serving.
Tip! Decorate with sour berries such as currants or raspberries.
