Ingredients:

  • 2 dl coarsely chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 dl coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl coconut flakes
  • 1/2 dl whole linseeds
  • 1/2 dl sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic powdered vanilla
  • 0.75 dl NJIE Fruit Drink Apple & Pear
  • 1/2 dl coconut oil (let it melt to liquid consistency)

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and spread on a baking sheet.

Roast at 150 degrees for about 20-30 minutes at the bottom of the oven (this may vary depending on the oven, but make sure it doesn’t get too burnt!).

Stir a few times whilst roasting.

Store in a tight jar. Perfect to serve to with ProPud Vanilla.
