INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 l Fruit Drink Lemon
  • 200 g coarsely grated ginger
  • any amount of fresh chilli
  • lemon
  • honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the fruit drink in a saucepan with grated ginger and chilli (never heat to more than 60 degrees). Leave to stand for a while.

Then squeeze in the lemon, and honey if desired. Strain into a glass bottle. Store in the fridge & take a shot every morning.
