INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1 dl lactose-free semi-skimmed milk or ProPud Vanilla Sauce
  • 3 tsp coconut
  • 5-10 fresh raspberries
  • 5-10 blueberries
  • 1-2 strawberries
  • 1/2 chopped Propud Protein Bar Cookie dough
  • 1/2 kiwi

INSTRUCTIONS:

Make a smoothie from the banana, frozen raspberries and lactose-free semi-skimmed milk (or ProPud Vanilla Sauce).

Top with colourful fruits and berries and a little of the Cookie Dough protein bar.
