Ingredients

  • 10 fresh dates
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl buckwheat flour
  • 0.5 dl coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 0.5 ProPud Pudding Chocolate
  • Pumpkin seeds (for topping)

Instructions

Pit the dates and mix them with the eggs in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the ProPud) and mix into a sticky batter.

Fill half a muffin mould with the batter and then add a little ProPud Chocolate. Then top up with batter.

Sprinkle with a few pumpkin seeds and put in the oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes. If you want them to be sticky, take them out of the oven as soon as they start to fill out.
