Protein rich and low calorie mud cake for a Friday treat
Calories per serve
- 1.5 dl oat flakes
- 1.5 dl egg white
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 3 packs ProPud Granola Chocolate Banana
- Coconut oil
- Coconut flakes
Mix the oat flakes and egg whites into a batter. Add the cocoa and the protein pudding, without the granola.
Butter a round dish with coconut oil and coconut flakes. Add the batter and sprinkle with granola from all 3 packs. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Top tip! Serve with Propud Ice Cream Chocolate Swirl and sliced banana.
