Perfect to serve for Saturday brunch!
Calories per serve
- 3 egg whites
- 1 dl oat flakes
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa
- 2 packs ProPud Granola Chocolate Banana
- Half a banana
Blend the oat flakes to a milky consistency and then whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until fluffy. Pour in the “oatmeal”, cocoa and ProPud and blend into a chocolate cream.
Slice half a banana and layer the banana with the chocolate cream into 6 muffin moulds. Top with the granola from the lid of the ProPud Granola Chocolate Banana.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
