  • 200 g ProPud Pudding Vanilla
  • Saccharine Gold (sugar-free sweetener)
  • Raspberries
  • Peanuts

Instructions

Pour the ProPud Caramel into an ovenproof dish. ProPud: should ideally have been chilled for a few hours for the best consistency. Sprinkle a layer of Saccharine Gold on top of the pudding and burn the sugar surface with a brûlée iron.

Voilà – créme brûlée without the added sugar. Also lactose-free and protein-rich.

Garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh raspberries.
