INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bottle of ProPud Protein Milkshake Polka
  • 250 g ProPud Protein Ice Cream Salted Caramel
  • 1 whipped soya cream or plain cream
  • 1 ProPud Protein Bar White Chocolate Vanilla
  • a few lingonberries if desired

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend the ice cream and polka milkshake. Whisk the cream or use ready-made whipped cream. Chop or tear the bar into small pieces. Pour into a glass, top with cream, sprinkle with pieces of bar and a few lingonberries if desired.
