Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 1 + 1/3 ProPud Crunchy Granola White Chocolate Strawberry
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp peanut flour
  • a pinch of salt if the peanut butter is unsalted

 

Icing:

  • Use the remaining 2/3 ProPud Crunchy Granola White Chocolate Strawberry
  • 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp stevia icing sugar
  • Mix in the granola from the ProPud Crunchy Granola White Chocolate Strawberry

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175° C.
Thoroughly mix all the cake ingredients & pour into a greased or baking paper-clad dish (15×15 cm)

Bake for about 12-15 minutes

Take out the cake and sprinkle over all the granola from both packs

Bake again for a few minutes until the granola has a little colour (check the cake with a skewer; it should be a little bit sticky in the middle)
Let the cake cool and pour over the icing. Leave to cool until the icing has solidified.
Slice and serve with strawberries!
