Raspberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 2.5 dl cream
  • 1/2 dl granulated stevia
  • 1 dl yogurt
  • 1 dl NJIE Fruit Drink Raspberry
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
  • Grated zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 dl raspberries
  • Topping: raspberries and passion fruit

Instructions

Add the gelatin to cold water. Heat the cream and stevia in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the gelatin leaves, stir until melted. Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, stir and pour into small glasses. Leave in the freezer for approx. 3 hours.

Top with raspberries and passion fruit.
