Overnight Oats with Vanilla & Lemon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 35 g oat flakes
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 100 g ProPud Pudding Vanilla
  • 1/2 dl almond milk/milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (natural/vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp saccharine/saccharine gold or stevia
  • 1 lemon (lemon juice)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. If you feel the porridge is too dry the next day, you can add more yogurt or milk. Top the porridge with a little extra grated lemon peel, raspberry and blueberry and serve with a scoop of ProPud Vanilla!

The perfect breakfast for a tired morning. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
