Healthy porridge for those tired mornings!
Calories per serve
- 35 g oat flakes
- 5 g chia seeds
- 100 g ProPud Pudding Vanilla
- 1/2 dl almond milk/milk
- 2 tbsp yogurt (natural/vanilla)
- 1 tbsp saccharine/saccharine gold or stevia
- 1 lemon (lemon juice)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. If you feel the porridge is too dry the next day, you can add more yogurt or milk. Top the porridge with a little extra grated lemon peel, raspberry and blueberry and serve with a scoop of ProPud Vanilla!
The perfect breakfast for a tired morning. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
