Ingredients:

  • 3 dl oat flakes
  • 1 dl NJIE Fruit Drink Lemon
  • 1 dl NJIE ProPud Milkshake Vanilla
  • 1 dl coconut flakes + extra coconut to roll the balls in
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a few drops of lemon + grated lemon zest

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer and place in the fridge for a while. Shape into balls and roll in the coconut. Keeps for about 3-4 days in the fridge and can also be frozen!
