Hummus with Lemon
Creamy dip for vegetables or Falafel!
Calories per serve
- 0.5-1 dl NJIE Fruit Drink Lemon
- 3-4 tbsp Lebanese tahini
- Spices to taste: cumin, salt, garlic, fresh parsley
- A little lemon zest if desired
Blend all the ingredients together. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend several times until you have a smooth mix.
Perfect for Fridays! Fill a dish with carrots, cauliflower, cucumber and celery cut into pieces, and dip in the hummus.
