INGREDIENTS:

  • 15 dates
  • 1 packet of white beans
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dl raw cacao
  • 1 dl almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1 ProPud Protein Bar Banana Split
  • A splash of coffee
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour off the soaking liquid from the beans, rinse them in a colander. Then blend the beans, dates, eggs and coffee. Then add the dry ingredients. (Alternatively, instead of plain almond flour, blend about 2-2.5 dl almonds for extra “crunch” in the batter). Pour everything into a dish. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-12 minutes. Chop and top with NJIE Banana split bar (do this as soon as the cake comes out of the oven while it’s soft) and serve with frozen or fresh raspberries!

Freezes well, but be sure to take out of the freezer a short while before serving.
