Chia Ice Cream with Vanilla & Berries

Ingredients:

  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 1 dl almond milk
  • 200 g ProPud Pudding Vanilla
  • Strawberries

Instructions:

Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk (sweeten with stevia and ground vanilla if desired.) Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours until the chia seeds solidify. Then layer the chia pudding with some ProPud Vanilla into ice cream moulds or scoop and serve direct. Slice strawberries and sprinkle over. Leave in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours.
