INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 grams of chickpeas in a Tetrapack
  • 3 tbsp ProPud Cold Brew Coffee Caramel Vanilla
  • 1/2 dl grated coconut
  • 1 1/2-2 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp protein powder (casein)
  • 2 tbsp granulated stevia
  • 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 pinches ground vanilla
  • 2 NJIE Candy Bars Salty Caramel

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour off the water from the chickpeas and rinse them in running water. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together into a dough. Leave the mix to stand in the refrigerator for a while. Meanwhile, chop the bars into 2 cm thick slices. Take the dough from the fridge and shape into round balls around a piece of bar – Salty caramel!
