Ingredients

  • 200 g ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla
  • 1,5 dl oat flakes
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 0,5 dl apple puree
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 0,5  apple, grated
  • 0,5 apple, slices for decoration

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients and pour into a suitable dish. Slice the other half of the apple and use as a decoration, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Serve lukewarm with a dollop of vanilla pudding!
