Ingredients:

  • 200 g ProPud Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 ½ dl oat flakes
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1 egg
  • ½ dl apple puree
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ grated apple (slice the other half and use as garnish)

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and pour into a suitable dish. Slice the other half of the apple and use as a garnish, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Serve lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla pudding!
