Strawberry overnight oats

INGREDIENTS

Topping

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 0.5 tbsp agave syrup
  • 0.5 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
  • 1 lime, grated peel
  • a few leaves of mint/basil

Instructions

Chia pudding

Mix oat flakes, chia seeds, and linseeds in a bowl. Add half of the milkshake and stir, leave to swell for a few minutes, and add the rest of the liquid. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Chop the strawberries into smaller pieces, place them in a bowl, and mix with agave syrup, grated lime zest, vanilla powder, and chopped basil. Mix until the strawberries become juicy. Top your oats with the marinated strawberries.
