Raspberry porridge
PROTEIN RICH RASPBERRY PORRIDGE – YOUR REGULAR MORNING OATS WITH A TWIST.

INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 dl oat flakes
- 0.5 dl rye flakes
- 0.5 tbsp whole linseed
- 0.5 tbsp chia seeds
- A pinch of salt
- 1 dl raspberries
- 2 dl water
TOPPING
- 1 st
- 1 dl milk of any kind
Instructions
Pour all the ingredients for the porridge into a saucepan.
Let boil over low heat while stirring for a few minutes until the porridge thickens.
Chop the bar into smaller pieces.
Top your porridge with protein bar pieces and serve with milk.
