Raspberry Pannacotta

LIGHT AND FRESH VANILLA PANNACOTTA WITH RASPBERRIES & PASSION FRUIT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sheets of gelatine
  • 2.5 dl cream
  • 0.5 dl granulated stevia
  • 1 dl yogurt
  • 1 dl Raspberry
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 lime, grated zest
  • 0.5 dl raspberries

TOPPING

  • Raspberries and passion fruit

Instructions

Add the gelatine to cold water. Heat the cream and stevia in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the gelatine leaves, stir until melted. Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, stir and pour into small glasses. Leave in the freezer for approx. 3 hours.

Top with raspberries and passion fruit.
