ProPud Créme Brûlée Caramel

FRENCH BISTRO DESSERT WITH A HEALTHIER EDGE

  • 200 g 
  • Saccharine Gold (sugar-free sweetener)
  • Raspberries
  • Peanuts

Instructions

Pour the ProPud Caramel into an ovenproof dish. The ProPud should be refrigerated for a few hours for optimal texture.  Sprinkle a layer of Saccharine Gold on top of the pudding and burn the sugar surface with a brûlée iron. Garnish with crushed peanuts and fresh raspberries.
