Overnight oats with vanilla & lemon
HEALTHY PORRIDGE FOR THOSE TIRED MORNINGS!

INGREDIENTS
- 35 g oat flakes
- 5 g chia seeds

100 g Vanilla
- 0.5 dl almond milk/milk
- 2 tbsp yogurt, natural
- 1 tbsp saccharine/saccharine gold or stevia
- 1 lemon (juice)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight. If you feel the porridge is too dry the next day, you can add more yogurt or milk. Top the porridge with a little extra grated lemon peel, raspberry and blueberry. Serve with a scoop of ProPud Protein Pudding Vanilla! The perfect breakfast for a tired morning. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
