Glowpannacotta

A CLASSIC QUICK-TO-MAKE DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 dl milk of any kind
  • 1 bag vegetarian setting agent (Vege-Gel)
  • 1 st 

Topping

  • 400 g honeydew melon (about 1/4 melon)
  • 0.5 pot fresh mint
  • zest from 1/2 lime

Instructions

Whisk the vege-gel with cold milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring so that it thickens. Pour in the milkshake and stir. Pour into 4 glasses and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Chop the melon into small cubes and finely chop the mint. Mix melon, mint, and lime zest in a bowl. Distribute the fruit over the panna cotta before serving.
