Gingerbread Spheres

CHRISTMASSY GINGERBREAD SPHERES WITH APRICOT AND SWEET ALMOND

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 dl gluten-free oat flakes
  • 150 g Vanilla
  • 1 dl dried apricot
  • 1 dl sweet almond
  • 1.5 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ml measuring spoon ground cardamom
  • zest from 1/2 orange

GARNISH

  • 50 g chopped and roasted hazelnuts

Instructions

Finely chop sweet almonds and apricots. Mix all the ingredients to a dough in a bowl. Wet your hands with cold water and roll about 20 small balls. Roll the balls in chopped hazelnuts and place cold for 30 minutes before serving. The perfect holiday candy!
