Creamy chocolate muffin
DELICIOUS CAKE – AND EASY TO MAKE!
5 pc portions
- 10 fresh dates
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 0.5 dl coconut flakes
- 3 msk coconut oil
- 5 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ml measuring spoon sea salt
- 100 g Chocolate
- Pumpkin seeds (for topping)
Pit the dates and mix them with the eggs in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the ProPud) and mix into a sticky batter. Place muffin moulds on an oven tray.
Fill half a muffin mould with the batter and then add a little ProPud Chocolate. Then top up with batter.
Sprinkle with a few pumpkin seeds and put in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. If you want them to be sticky, take them out of the oven as soon as they start to fill out.
