Cookie dough spheres
SMALL, BUT INCREDIBLY TASTY!

INGREDIENTS
- 230 g chickpeas (drained)
- 0.5 dl almond flour
- 1 dl oat flakes
- 3 tbsp fibre syrup (sugar free)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
- 1 ml measuring spoon vanilla powder
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1
- 100 sugar free dark chocolate
TOPPING
- Sea salt or chopped nuts/seeds
Instructions
Rinse the chickpeas under cold water. Mix all the ingredients to a dough, except the protein bar and the chocolate. Form 20 balls from the dough. Chop the protein bar into 20 pieces and insert a piece into each ball. Place them in the freezer for 10–15 minutes. Melt the chocolate over a water bath, dip the balls in the chocolate, and let solidify on parchment paper. Top with sea salt or chopped nuts/seeds.
