Chocolate porridge with chia seeds

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g Chocolate
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • A little sweetener, e.g. stevia drops

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. Stir occasionally while the chia seeds swell, so they don’t form lumps. Place in the refrigerator, cover with plastic wrap or use a tightly sealed jar. Leave for a few hours or overnight.

Serve with the fruits or berries of your choice.
