Cake pops

PLAYFUL COOKIES MAKE FOR A POPULAR PARTY SNACK

Ingredienser

  • 1 dl oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 150 g Vanilla
  • 60 g Philadelphia Light
  • 0.5 tbsp granulated stevia
  • 100 g sugar free chocolate
  • 10 skewers

Instructions

Mix the oat flakes to flour in a blender. Mix the oat flour with coconut flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder in a bowl. Add egg white and protein pudding, stir to a batter.
Mix cream cheese with granulated stevia. Add the oat batter and mix.
Form and roll 10 balls of the batter and stick a skewer in each.
Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
Dip the balls in the chocolate and roll in sprinkles. Let solidify.
