- 2 pc small, precooked beets

3 dl Raspberry
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 dl fresh raspberries
- 0.5 cm fresh grated ginger
Instructions
Cut the beets into smaller pieces and mix with the other ingredients to a smooth juice. Serve cold.
