Apple pie for breakfast

LUXURY START – APPLE PIE WITH VANILLA & CINNAMON!

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Vanilla
  • 1.5 dl oat flakes
  • 1 ml measuring spoon baking powder
  • 1 ml measuring spoon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 dl apple sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 0.5 apple, grated
  • 0.5 apple, slices for decoration

Instructions

Grate half an apple coarsely and cut the other half into slices. Mix the grated apple with the other ingredients and pour everything into a single-serving pan. Garnish with the sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.

Serve lukewarm with a dollop of vanilla pudding!
