Apple pie for breakfast
LUXURY START – APPLE PIE WITH VANILLA & CINNAMON!
1 pc portions
- 200 g Protein Pudding Vanilla
- 1.5 dl oat flakes
- 1 ml measuring spoon baking powder
- 1 ml measuring spoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut
- 1 egg
- 0.5 dl apple sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 0.5 apple, grated
- 0.5 apple, slices for decoration
Grate half an apple coarsely and cut the other half into slices. Mix the grated apple with the other ingredients and pour everything into a single-serving pan. Garnish with the sliced apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve lukewarm with a dollop of vanilla pudding!
