Apple mug cake

A PERFECTLY DELICIOUS AND PROTEIN RICH DESSERT!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.25 dl oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp granulated stevia or similar sweetener without energy
  • 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3.5 msk Vanilla
  • 2.5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 pc small apple (50 g), chopped
  • coconut oil for the mug

TOPPING

Instructions

  • Mix the oat flakes to a flour.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the mug cake, except the apple, to a batter.
  • Finely chop the apple. Mix in the apple and pour the batter into an oiled mug.
  • Microwave for about 2 minutes.
  • Top with vanilla pudding and cinnamon powder.
