Ingredients

MILK protein , sweetener (maltitol), humectant (glycerol), ALMOND paste, collagene peptides (bovine), biscuit granules (8,4 %)(sweeteners (maltitol, erythritol, isomalt), corn flour, potato starch, butter, rice flour, modified starch, tapioca starch, flavours, salt, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate)), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, polydextrose syrup (polydextrose, water), caramel (3,2 %) (sweetener (sorbitol), coconut oil, dextrin (WHEAT), humectant (glycerol), skimmed MILK powder, water, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), flavours), cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa, anhydrous MILK fat, salt (0,2 %), flavours, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), sweeteners (aspartam, acesulfame k).

No, SALTY CARAMELLO COOKIE contains Wheat. And the others may all contain traces of wheat.

Are ProPud Protein bars milk free?

Those allergic to milk CANNOT eat ProPud Protein bars, as it contains milk protein.

Can I eat ProPud Protein bars if I am pregnant?

Yes – if you today eat food with sweeteners and pasteurized milk.

Lots of carbohydrates in your bars = lots of sugar?

There is no added sugar in ProPud. The carbohydrates come naturally from the milk. Polyols (sugar alcohols) are considered carbohydrates but are not sugar.
